I’m a proud mom to my amazing son, and my fitness journey began 8 months postpartum when I was learning to love my body again after pregnancy. What started as a personal journey to feel stronger and more confident quickly turned into something much bigger. I began sharing my progress and workouts just for myself, not knowing how many others I’d inspire along the way. Seeing the impact my story had on others has been one of the most rewarding experiences.
